This blog is about my observations of life, work, emotions, and behaviour of people and their unique personalities

Work-life coach: Professionally I am a Certified Behavioural Consultant, coach and trainer. I am also a business process consultant and a human resource practitioner. I am also working part time as a counsellor and supervisor in a counselling centre, and have taught counselling related subjects such as Abnormal Psychology, Theories, and Counselling Skills in a college. Personally, I believe that living an integrated life is important for my own well being and this in turn enables me to help others. Being integrated means that what I believe, how I think and act are in sync with who I am. As a Christian, my beliefs are grounded on the Bible. This affects how I think of the people I interact with and the circumstances that I find myself in. My beliefs guide how I think and what I do in response to my situation. This guides my total behaviour of how I think and act, and how I feel emotionally and physically. It is my passion to be able to help others to live integrated lives.
